Synchrony offers 2% cash back on purchases over $299 paid as a statement credit. 6 months promotional financing on purchase of $299 or more. Additional promotions are available at the showroom.

Layaway/Clearance/Delayed or Canceled Orders 

Our layaway program allows our customers 90 days from the date of invoice to pay off their purchase. We require at least 20% down to begin the layaway program. Layaways can be canceled within 30 days but there will be a 20% restocking fee, after 30 days all deposits are non-refundable. All paid orders have a maximum of 90 days for customers to receive their goods, after 90 days the invoice is then null and void and any payments made are forfeited in full. 

Store Credits 

Store Credits are valid for a period of 30 days after the issue date, after 30 days the store credits will expire and are no longer available to use. 

Furniture/Special Order Products 

All furniture-related products and special-order related products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason whatsoever. “All Sales Final”. 

Mattress Warranty 

NBDC is committed to offering only top-quality mattresses that are designed to last many trouble-free years. if for any reason the mattress you purchased does not hold up to our warranty specifications then we honor the warranty claim process. 


NBDC Manufacturer Warranty Terms: 

Manufacturer warranty only covers the internal components of your new mattress. 

Manufacturers do not cover body impressions of 2 Inches or less, note: body Impressions under 2 Inches are perfectly normal and will not affect the performance of your mattress. 

Mattress must be undamaged, unsoiled, and free of stains or infestations. All law tags must be attached. 

If NBDC manufacture approves a mattress repair or replacement, the customer will be responsible for any pick-up fees charged by our 3rd party delivery team. 

If you choose an upgraded model for your replacement, any increased price difference will be the customer’s responsibility. 

15-year Limited Warranty – If during the first year after the purchase any defects in the manufacture of the mattress or foundation (other than in the cover) should appear, the defect will be repaired or the item will be replaced, at the manufacturers option.  EXCLUDING transportation costs.  After the first year, such repair or replacement will be made at the charge of 1/15 of the PURCHASE PRICE for each elapsed year, plus transportation costs. If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality.  FOUNDATION – The matching foundation for this mattress is specially designed for the proper support of this mattress. You may elect to use a different foundation. This will not affect the mattress warranty if the foundation has similar support capabilities and is of comparable quality.  To qualify this bedding under this warranty, the mattress or foundation must be in good condition except for the defect to be remedied.  It must have been bent, wet, or otherwise abused. In the case of a mattress, it must be turned over for a double-sided mattress or rotated for single-sided every 3-4 months. The selling dealer is assigned by the manufacturer as his agent in handling the complaint. Defective items should be reported to selling dealers. Warranty is limited to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
